URGENTLY NEEDED
POSITIONS: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Our company, PT. STARPACK INDAH MAJU, is seeking a reliable finance team leader. You will manage financial reports, supervise staff, and ensure tax compliance.
Main Qualifications:
• Education : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Taxation.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in an Accounting Manager position.
• Certifications : Brevet A/B/C or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Skills : Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, proficient in operating accounting software/programs (such as Accurate/Jurnal/SAP), and advanced Microsoft Excel, proficient in calculating BPJS Employment Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan), overtime pay, budgeting, and leasing, and familiar with applicable accounting standards.
• Tax : Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting (PPh, PPN, and Tax Treaties), able to prepare financial reports and annual tax returns, understand and operate Coretax, and understand the audit process.
• Soft Skills : Possess leadership skills, thoroughness, strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss).
• Oversee the performance of the accounting team.
• Ensure all company taxes are paid on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Willing to work in two locations in Jakarta and Bekasi.
• Possess a Class A driver's license.
