Job Description

Membantu proses entry data transaksi keuangan harian ke dalam software akuntansi Jurnal by Mekari
Membantu pencatatan jurnal dasar serta mempelajari alur administrasi utang-piutang (AP & AR).
Membantu mengecek kelengkapan, merapikan, dan mengarsipkan dokumen pendukung keuangan (seperti invoice, kuitansi, dan nota).
Terlibat dalam praktik rekonsiliasi data sederhana untuk memastikan kecocokan angka pada pencatatan keuangan.
Mendampingi tim akuntansi dalam mengumpulkan dan menyiapkan data untuk kebutuhan penyusunan laporan keuangan harian/bulanan.

Job Requirements

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau sejenisnya (terbuka untuk program magang/PKL).
Menguasai konsep dasar akuntansi, penjurnalan, dan alur pembuatan laporan keuangan secara umum.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (memiliki pengetahuan terkait Jurnal by Mekari menjadi nilai tambah).
Sangat teliti (detail-oriented), rapi dalam mengelola dokumen, dan berhati-hati saat bersinggungan dengan angka.
Proaktif, memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi, tekun, dan dapat bekerja sama dengan baik di bawah mentor.
