Job Description:
To help accounting & treasury day-to-day activities such as
- Uploading soft copy documents to Xero
- Filing physical documents and ensure it filed properly
- Printing or make a copies of physical documents for cash advance/petty cash settlement
- Support Finance team during the ongoing transition process across Regional Treasury, Finance Operations to Procurement, and B&C CEB reconciliations and other Accounting functions.
- Other Ad hoc report
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance, Accounting or Banking
- Can operate or have basic knowledge of Ms Excel
- Prior experience or exposure to auditing, either through an internship, academic projects, or relevant coursework, is preferred.
- Having a track record of joining in college organization is a point plus
