Job description for Accounting Finance Executive Branch at PT Forta Larese

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Pelaporan penjualan cash dan credit, penerimaan penjualan cash dan penyetoran ke bank serta pencatatan kas-bank (mutasi in dan out)
Semua pelaporan daily dan up to date yang menjadi tanggung jawab Branch Finance Executive wajib dilaporkan setiap hari ke Head Office melalui email
Melaksanakan inventory/stock audit secara independent dan berkala
Memastikan pelaksanaan dan pencatatan seluruh transaksi financial dilakukan dengan akurat dan efisien, mengikuti dan mematuhi peraturan perusahaan
Membantu aktivitas di kantor cabang apabila Sales Counter sedang berhalangan

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan
Memiliki pengalaman serupa 3-5 tahun
Mampu mengoperasikan software akuntansi
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table,VLOOKUP,dsb)
Pengalaman menghadapi audit internal dan eksternal
Pengalaman dalam budgeting dan cost control
