Job description for Accounting Associate at PT. Hypefast Karya Nusantara
About the role :
- Reviewing and preparing monthly working papers for revenue (online, offline, bazaar/events), COGS, bank reconciliation, and inventory processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Recording monthly operating expenses based on supporting documents, reviewing the supporting documents, work closely with Finance Team and Tax Team related the payments and tax treatment.
- Recording monthly accruals based on checking to subsequent period payments.
- Analyzing and validating money inflows from customers, including bank transactions for various brands, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
- Updating bank-cashflow reports regularly and organizing the inventory conversion process with quarterly crosschecking for accuracy.
- Recording and reviewing petty cash transactions for offline stores and branch office's.
- Prepare monthly PL report for Distribution Hubs and Brand Offline Stores
- Detecting and preparing external audit requirements, perform yearly inventory stock-opname with external auditors, providing necessary audit data samples for various audit procedures, crosschecking financial records, and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Support and provide ad-hoc financial data/report requested by other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong knowledge in accounting and auditing
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus
