Job description for accounting assistant at PT Energix Power Indonesia
Our sister company, PT Property Dot Indonesia, is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join the team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internship experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
- Proficient in using Coretax.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and administrative skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Record and input financial transactions accurately and timely into the accounting system.
- Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for financial transactions.
- Perform financial data reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy of records.
- Assist in accounting, finance, and tax administration processes as required.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
