Job description for Accounting Assistant at Walker Solutions
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accounting to support our finance and accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accounting records in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and assist in monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports.
- Prepare Sales Reports accurately and on time.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience using QuickBooks is required.
- Good understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS).
- Able to prepare Sales Reports and perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
