Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Perform inventory auditing and cost calculations for coffee/retail operations.
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all financial documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior accounting/finance experience within the food & beverage (F&B), coffee, or creative media industry is required.
- Skills: Formal accounting training, proficiency in accounting software (familiar with ESB is preferred) and MS Excel/Google Sheet.
