- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents (both digital and physical).
- Support audits by preparing required documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.
