Job description for ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR at Pt Delcoprima Pacific
Job Description
- Supervise and monitor daily accounting and taxation activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle monthly and annual tax reporting (VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead and develop the accounting & tax team to achieve department targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, and accounting systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
