Job description for Accounting & Tax Supervisor at PT Daily Sip Global
Main Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax, preferably at supervisor level.
3. Must have direct experience handling accounting or costing in a manufacturing company.
4. Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Raw materials and inventory movements
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Finished goods
- Direct materials, direct labor, and factory overhead
- Production costing and COGS
- Physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation
5. Able to handle monthly closing and prepare or review financial statements.
6. Good understanding of Indonesian taxes, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, tax reconciliation, and Coretax.
7. Must have Brevet A & B certification.
8. Experienced in using Accurate and Microsoft Excel.
9. Able to communicate in English for emails, reports, and discussions with management.
10. Willing to work on-site in Kalideres and preferably available to join soon.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and review daily accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory, production, and costing records.
- Prepare and review manufacturing costing.
- Reconcile raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and COGS.
- Handle monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Handle tax calculations, payments, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Review supporting documents and ensure proper transaction cut-off.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, and management teams.
- Support improvements in accounting, costing, and internal control processes.
