Job description for Accounting & Tax Staff at PT ASHOKA KARYA UTAMA
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile transactions and bank statements, and maintain accounting databases.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Help with financial audits and tax filings.
- Support other accounting projects and tasks as assigned.
- Can make profit/loss journals, manage financial reports & cash flow
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Min 1 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
