Job Description
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Calculate, prepare, and report applicable taxes, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT (PPN), as applicable.
- Ensure timely tax payments and submissions in compliance with applicable deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain tax documentation, invoices, withholding tax slips, and other supporting documents.
- Reconcile tax records with accounting transactions and financial statements.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax reconciliation and reporting.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance team regarding tax-related matters.
- Assist with tax audits, tax reviews, and requests from tax authorities when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in taxation or accounting, preferably in hospitality, property management, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting procedures.
- Familiar with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, and DJP Online or the applicable Coretax DJP system.
- Able to prepare and reconcile tax reports accurately and on time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Brevet A and B certification is an advantage.
