We Are Hiring: Accounting & Tax Staff – Manufacturing
Casha is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Staff member to join our team in Surabaya.
This role will be responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, and tax administration of three related business entities. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with an external tax consultant.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing monthly Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, AP/AR Aging Reports, and Inventory Reconciliations.
Managing journals, general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll journals, and bank reconciliations.
Handling accounting records for three separate legal entities.
Recording and reconciling intercompany transactions.
Preparing monthly cash flow projections and providing financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Managing monthly corporate tax obligations through Coretax DJP and e-Bupot.
Preparing withholding tax documents, billing codes, tax payments, and tax reconciliations.
Coordinating with the company’s external tax consultant.
Maintaining accurate and confidential accounting, tax, corporate, and supporting documents.
Mandatory qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant accounting and tax experience.
Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
Brevet Tax A & B certification.
Familiar with Accurate Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, financial statements, and tax administration.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
Strong integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and analytical ability.
Able to explain financial information clearly to non-finance management.
Experience with multiple legal entities, intercompany transactions, e-commerce or marketplace accounting, and SP2DK matters will be an advantage.
Location: Surabaya
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Saturday, 08:00–13:30
