Job description for Accounting & Tax ( Staff Level ) at Di Studio Post House
1. Record, process, and accurately verify all daily financial transactions and supporting documents.
2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and perform routine bank and AP/AR reconciliations.
3. Calculate, withhold and file all company tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Corporate Income Tax, and VAT/PPN) on time.
4. Issue Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak) and manage official tax software/platforms (e-Faktur, e-Billing, e-Filing, and Coretax).
5. Maintain a neat, systematic and secure archive of all accounting and tax records.
6. Prepare supporting data and documentation for internal/external audits and tax
7. Ensure all accounting and tax procedures strictly comply with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
