*Job Responsibilities*
1. Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
2. Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
3. Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
4. Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
5. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
6. Prepare and submit LKPM (Investment Activity Report) and other required regulatory reports.
7. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant parties when required.
8. Perform general finance and administrative duties as assigned.
*Job Requirements*
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
4. Familiar with Coretax and able to handle tax-related submissions and reporting.
5. Familiar with PT PMA regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
6. Experience handling accounting and tax matters for multiple entities/companies is an advantage.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
8. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
9. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
10. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
13. Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
