Accounting & Tax Officer — Gurih 7 & Rumah Talas | Bogor (HO/On-site)
Role Summary
Manage accounting records and tax administration accurately and on time. Ensure journals, reconciliations, closing support, tax documents, and financial records are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting records, journal entries, ledger updates, and document filing accurately.
- Support month-end closing, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial data.
- Prepare and maintain tax documents, calculations, and reporting support in line with applicable regulations.
- Ensure accounting and tax records are complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support balance sheet schedule updates.
- Coordinate with Finance & Treasury, AP/AR, Cost Control, and related teams for document accuracy and closing readiness.
- Prepare simple accounting and tax summaries, highlight discrepancies early, and support external/internal audit needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
- Brevet A/B is a must.
- Minimum 2 years in accounting, tax, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting, reconciliations, and tax administration.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with schedules, journal support, and document organization.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong integrity and discipline in handling financial records.
- Bonus: POS/ERP experience (ESB is a plus).
