About the Role
PT DDS Solusi Indonesia is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff – Mandarin Speaker to join our internal team at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.
This is a full-time position responsible for handling daily accounting and taxation activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax compliance, and effective coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
As an Accounting & Tax Staff, you will support financial reporting, transaction reviews, tax obligations, client communication, and the company's daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Review invoices, reimbursements, bank transactions, and supporting documents.
- Calculate, prepare, and report company taxes, including PPh and VAT.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting and tax compliance.
- Maintain organised accounting and tax records.
- Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Translate or explain accounting and tax-related information in Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax officers, and internal teams.
- Support other accounting, tax, and administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic understanding of accounting and Indonesian taxation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel; Coretax knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.
