Accounting & Tax Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our Accounting & Tax function and ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and tax compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Accounting & Tax, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in daily communication, meetings, presentations, coordination, and business correspondence.
- Strong experience in managing internal and external audits, including audit preparation, documentation, communication with auditors, responding to audit queries, and following up on audit findings.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and financial control principles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax reporting, and applicable tax regulations.
- Proven ability to prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Experienced in Accounting & Tax reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial and tax records.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Able to effectively review, control, and monitor Accounting & Tax transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper internal controls.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and supervising an Accounting & Tax team.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems; SAP experience will be a strong advantage.
- Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C or other relevant tax certifications will be an advantage.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive financial information.
