Job description for Accounting and Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Elite Electrical Indonesia
Responsible:
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations of the company
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and management reports
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactions
Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, adjustment journal and financial documentation
Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closing processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax role as Manager, preferably in manufacturing companies
Strong understanding accounting policies (PSAK) and Tax Regulations in Indonesia
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory
Proficient in English is Advantages
Deep understanding of obligations and benefits in the Special Economic Zone
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in using Accounting Software, Coretax and microsoft excel
Excellent analytical to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
