Job description for Accounting & Tax Consultant (Proficient English & AB Brevet) at PT NCS Consultant Indonesia
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prepare routine monthly and annual financial statements.
2. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and tax equalizations.
3. Prepare fiscal financial reports for Annual Tax Return (SPT) reporting.
4. Compile and file Annual Tax Returns (SPT) for Corporate and Individual taxpayers.
5. Calculate various taxes: Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), Unified Income Tax (PPh Unifikasi), PPh 25, PP 55 for MSMEs, VAT (PPN), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh 29/PPh Badan).
6. Prepare tax invoices.
7. Submit monthly and annual tax returns for VAT (PPN), Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), and Unified Income Tax (PPh Unifikasi).
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Must hold a valid Brevet A & B Certificate. Brevet C is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and Indonesian taxation (prior experience in tax consulting or public accounting firm is preferred).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, high integrity, and able to work independently under strict deadlines.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with DJP tax applications (e-Faktur, e-Bupot Unifikasi, e-SPT, DJP Online).
- Strong expertise in tax calculation and filing (PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, PPh 25, PP 55, PPN, and Corporate Income Tax PPh 29).
- Proven track record in bank reconciliation, tax equalization, and fiscal financial report preparation.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate/SAP/Xero) and advanced MS Excel.
