Job description for Accounting & Reporting Officer at Pt Cipta Piranti Sejahtera

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Rekonsiliasi Penjualan

2. Update table amortized revenue

3. Jurnal pengakuan revenue

4. Rekap data case yang berkaitan dengan amortized revenue

5. Compile data raw yang diperlukan untuk penyusunan reporting

6. Melakukan update master data yang berkaitan dengan revenue

7. Jurnal pembayaran refund pph 23

8. Koordinasi dengan tim finance jika ada berkaitan dengan revenue

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi/Ekonomi

2. Memahami accounting dan financial reporting

3. Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, termasuk Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF, serta basic data processing.

4. Memiliki kemampuan data reconciliation dan data checking serta mampu mengidentifikasi selisih atau ketidaksesuaian data.

5. Mampu bekerja dengan data dalam jumlah besar

6. Mampu mengelola dokumen dan data reporting secara rapi dan terstruktur

7. Teliti, detail, proaktif, serta mampu mengkomunikasikan dan melakukan follow-up apabila terdapat data yang tidak sesuai atau kendala dalam pekerjaan.
