Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) team, reporting directly to Group. This role is a great fit if you're used to leading the closing process, preparing consolidated financial statements, and ensuring compliance with PSAK & tax regulations — while also being able to turn the numbers into strategic recommendations for management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transaction recording processes
- Supervise and control monthly and annual closing
- Prepare financial statements, including consolidated reports
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and tax regulations
- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; Ex-Auditor background is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, including consolidation
- Good understanding of PSAK and applicable tax regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
