Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan atau sejenisnya
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang akuntansi dan keuangan (lebih disukai di perusahaan sejenis).
Memahami prinsip dasar akuntansi, PSAK, dan perpajakan di Indonesia.
Terbiasa menggunakan software akuntansi (Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, atau sejenisnya).
Memiliki kemampuan analisis laporan keuangan, budgeting, dan forecasting.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut (formula, pivot, reporting).
Detail-oriented, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu.
Memiliki integritas tinggi, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
