Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage accounting and finance activities, specifically for our Singapore entity
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts for the Singapore entity
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in a timely manner
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances
- Manage Accounts Payable and ensure timely payments
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) requirements
- Support annual filing and statutory compliance
- Handle GST reporting and submission
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Experience handling overseas entities, preferably Singapore
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage
- Experience with filing to ACRA is preferred
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Certified or experienced in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written
