Job Description
- Review and analyze accounting data in Odoo, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies or errors in accounting records and system transactions.
- Prepare adjusting and correcting journal entries to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Perform and correct bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
- Review and resolve accounting issues from integrated modules, including Sales, Purchase, and Inventory Valuation.
- Support accounting data cleanup and ensure accurate and consistent records in Odoo.
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with hands-on ERP/Odoo experience.
- Strong understanding of double-entry accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial statements.
- Familiar with Odoo Accounting, particularly Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, and Inventory Valuation.
- Experience in accounting data reconciliation, correction, or cleanup is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data management.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax (PPN & PPh) and its application in accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to investigate accounting discrepancies systematically.
