Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to oversee financial records, budgeting, tax compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian and Canadian tax regulations, prepare and submit tax reports.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial data.
Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and cost-control strategies.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
Optimize accounting systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software Xero
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English
