Job description for Accountant at The Place With No Name
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting, compliance, and daily transactions.
Requirements:
Proven 1 year experience as an Accountant (preferably at hospitality sector)
Good English communication skill
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Understand Xero system
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports including LKPM, BKPM, Import Realization Tax, and P&L statements
Draft cost estimations and product costing (pre-order & upon delivery)
Handle payments: invoices, internal bills, and payroll
Prepare monthly, yearly, and tax payments
Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
Manage BPJS administration
Liaise with banks, tax offices, and consultants as needed
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
Support accounts payable and monitor outstanding payments (Net 30)
Record daily cash flow (cash in/out & payments)
Maintain daily bank account reports
Manage petty cash and office supplies
