About the role
Kalsy is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial records and make sure all company transactions are properly recorded, supported, and easy to monitor.
Key responsibilities
* Record and maintain daily income and expenses.
* Categorize financial transactions and keep all relevant supporting documents organized.
* Reconcile bank accounts, cash, QRIS transactions, and petty cash.
* Record supplier invoices, payments, and any outstanding balances.
* Monitor client deposits, progress payments, final payments, and outstanding receivables.
* Review reimbursements, receipts, and company-related expenses.
* Keep invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and other financial documents properly organized.
* Assist with payroll, employee advances/kasbon, reimbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
* Prepare regular reports covering cash flow, income, expenses, payables, receivables, and project-related costs.
* Prepare and organize documents needed by the accountant or tax consultant.
About you
* Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or finance administration.
* Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Comfortable handling numbers and financial documentation.
* Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
* Able to work according to company systems and procedures.
* Able to spot discrepancies and follow up with the relevant team when needed.
