Job description for Accountant Manager at PT CHARIOTS INVESTMENTS INDONESIA
Job responsibilities are :
- Manage full sets of accounts including preparing accounting schedules
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Prepare yearly Budget, quarterly forecast, cashflow projection reports, etc
- Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and on time
- Work with auditors and assist in financial audits
- Liaise with tax agents to manage corporate tax matters and tax compliance
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities
- Support the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements
- Lead and coordinate team members to ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, tax calculations, reports, and other deliverables for clients
- Review and validate the work done by team members to maintain accuracy and high- quality outputs
- Deliver impactful presentations to management and clients, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director, contributing to the firm's growth and excellence
Requirements are :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy and Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accountancy, taxation and finance
- Strong understanding in Dividen Taxation
- Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
- Independent, initiative-driven, and organized with a positive working attitude.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Committed and driven to succeed.
- English speaking is required.
