Job description for Accountant Lead at Before After Co.
We are looking for a Finance/Accounting Lead to oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports across our businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Monitor and review bank reconciliations, as well as accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Oversee and review the recording and reconciliation of transactions in the general ledger
- Support internal audit processes as needed.
- Maintain and enforce best practices in financial documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements :
- Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Bachelor degree on Accounting with minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate)
