Job description for Accountant & Tax Intern at SSS
What You'll Do
Assist in preparing and monitoring operational expense reports on a daily and periodic basis.
Support the tax team with data collection, calculation, and filing for PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN.
Perform bookkeeping and journaling entries accurately into the accounting system.
Reconcile transaction records and assist in monthly financial closing activities.
Maintain and organize financial documents and supporting evidence in proper filing.
Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounting team as needed.
Requirements
D3 graduate or final-year student in Accounting from an accredited institution.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
