As a Cloud Account Support, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams in managing cloud accounts, billing administration, and issue escalations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cloud billing data, helping clients understand their cloud service usage and charges, and coordinating with relevant teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Download, review, and consolidate billing data from cloud platforms such as Huawei Cloud, AWS, and other related services.
- Categorize and summarize cloud service costs, including compute, storage, bandwidth, networking, and other cloud resources, as the basis for invoicing.
- Manage client account data and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Explain cloud service usage and billing details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints related to cloud services and billing.
- Escalate client issues to the appropriate internal teams, including Technical, Finance, or other relevant departments.
- Monitor issue resolution progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client concerns and requirements are addressed effectively.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and a positive customer experience.
