Requirements:
* D 3 from a relevant major
* 1–3 years of experience in account management, business development, or related functions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
* Experience in tech or platform-based environments is an advantage
* Data analysis and reporting skills
Job Description:
- Account Coordination & Support
- Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned accounts
- Ensure service requests and operational issues are tracked and resolved promptly
- Support account managers with reporting, documentation, onboarding, and ongoing account administration
- Liaise with internal operations, finance, product, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Performance Monitoring & Data Management
* Monitor account performance metrics and follow up on exceptions
* Escalate issues where required
* Maintain accurate records, contracts, and account data in internal systems
