Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
The Account Strategist Intern will support the Strategy and Account teams in managing client accounts and developing tactical plans to meet business goals. This role offers crucial hands-on experience in strategic planning and client communication.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client performance data (e.g., campaign metrics, social media engagement).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative, data-driven strategy proposals.
- Create clear and concise weekly or monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior.
- Coordinate with Creative, Media, and Operations teams for smooth strategy implementation.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Ability to think strategically and logically (connecting the big picture to tactical actions).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (High-Impact Communication) for presentations and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (Dynamic Adaptability).
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT).

- Prior internship experience in an agency or startup environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving or analytical abilities.
