Job description for Account Specialist (IT) at Konnco Studio
We're looking for a friendly, communicative fresh graduate to join our team as an Account Specialist (IT). In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them understand their cloud services, assisting with account and billing matters, and coordinating with our internal teams to make sure every client has a great experience.
No prior cloud experience? No problem. What matters most is your willingness to learn and grow with us🤗
Qualifications
- A fast learner with a strong eagerness to grow: curious, proactive, and excited to pick up new skills. Everything technical will be taught, so your attitude and drive to learn matter most.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain things clearly and simply, and comfortable interacting with clients in a friendly, approachable way.
- Fresh graduates are welcome: a background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling data and administrative tasks.
- A team player who can coordinate across different departments.
- Any experience that shows your ability to work with people and take initiative — student organizations, committees, volunteering, or part-time work — is a plus.
- Knowledge of or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
