ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE

Kami sedang mencari Account Sales Executive yang komunikatif, proaktif, dan memiliki kemampuan membangun hubungan baik dengan customer. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan account, mencari peluang bisnis baru, serta mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

- Minimal D3/S1, semua jurusan.

- ⁠Pengalaman di bidang Sales, Account Executive, atau Business Development menjadi nilai tambah.

- ⁠Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.

- ⁠Target-oriented dan proaktif mencari peluang baru.

- ⁠Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan customer.

- ⁠Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke customer/lokasi proyek.

- ⁠Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Tanggung Jawab:

- Mencari dan mengembangkan potential customer serta peluang bisnis baru.

- ⁠Menjaga hubungan dengan existing customer dan meningkatkan repeat order.

- ⁠Melakukan sales visit, presentasi, follow-up, dan negosiasi dengan customer.

- ⁠Memahami kebutuhan customer dan menawarkan solusi produk yang sesuai.

- ⁠Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan.

- ⁠Membuat laporan aktivitas dan perkembangan sales.

- ⁠Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan customer.
