Job description for Account Receivable at TJENDANA CORPORATION
TRM Hospitality is a hospitality management company that manages a portfolio of hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties. As part of the Head Office team, you will support the financial operations of the company and its properties.
Placement: TRM Hospitality Head Office – Denpasar, Buluh Indah, Denpasar
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Receivable or a similar accounting position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, billing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Able to monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Experienced in preparing account receivable reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with numbers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple departments and properties.
- Responsible, honest, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
- Willing to be placed at TRM Hospitality Head Office, Denpasar.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
