Job description for Account Receivable at PT. CORINDO AMAGI PUTRA

Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita, maksimal 35 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Manajemen.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai AR Staff, Finance Staff, atau Accounting Staff.
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula).
Menguasai software akuntansi
Teliti, jujur, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja di bawah deadline.

Tugas Utama:

Membuat dan menerbitkan invoice kepada pelanggan tepat waktu.
Memonitor piutang dan membuat Aging Report harian/bulanan.
Melakukan follow-up penagihan via telepon, email, atau WhatsApp.
Mencatat penerimaan pembayaran dan melakukan rekonsiliasi.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim penjualan dan operasional untuk menyelesaikan kendala pembayaran.
Menyiapkan laporan keuangan terkait AR untuk kebutuhan audit.
