Account Receivable

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing customer credit limits and terms based on credit reports, financial statements, and payment histories.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of goods and services rendered to customers.
• Issue accurate local tax invoices to customers dealing in local currency, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and confirming payment amounts with customers to ensure accuracy and confirmation
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner to maintain smooth business operations.
• Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate actions for collections.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate open communication and timely resolution of payment issues.
• Provide support during audits by gathering relevant documentation and assisting auditors with inquiries related to credit and collections.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credit management and collections.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least a diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing or account reconciliation, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in MS and office productivity software
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesian and English is mandatory. Additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous, aligning with business requirements
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation.
