Gelar Sarjana dalam Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam peran serupa di lingkungan manufaktur atau jasa keuangan.
Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi dan keuangan, seperti Microsoft Excel, SAP, atau sistem ERP serupa.
Kemampuan analitis yang kuat, dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang prinsip-prinsip akuntansi dan manajemen piutang.
