ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AR, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales to resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a timely manner.
• Utilize various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and letters to follow up with customers and collect outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an AR Supervisor.
• Proficiency in Accounting software, ERP system, and Ms. Office.
• Strong analytical and communications skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.
• Professional certification such as Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) is preffered.
• Fluent in English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
