Account Payable

Cretya Sunset & Alasan Adventure by Alas Harum, a leading hospitality and tourism company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join its team contractually in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will manage the company's accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Job Description :

• Process and record invoices and expense reports promptly.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts payable activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred.
• Domicile must be in Bali.
