Deskripsi Perusahaan:

PT Plasma Unitech Global atau yang sering disebut PLASMA didirikan pada bulan Mei 2017, oleh tim yang berpengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam penjualan & pemasaran untuk produk Life Science/Biotechnology dan juga kami mendukung instrumen, reagen, bahan habis pakai dan layanan untuk sektor klinis, pendidikan, farmasi, makanan & minuman, perikanan & pertanian.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Pembuatan DO Pengiriman

• Koordinasi, Menjadwalkan Pengiriman Barang

• Pembuatan Invoice dan Kwitansi

• Pengarsipan data Invoice dan Pengeluaran ke odner

• Pemesanan Tiket Pesawat, Kereta, Hotel team Sales dan Support

• Update OST DO (Pengiriman)

• Penyerahan Invoice ke bagian penagihkan setelah tukar faktur

• Pembuatan Faktur Pajak

• Upload Tagihan via website masing-masing Instansi

• Menyiapkan barang pengiriman dan Monitoring Packing barang

• Update data Ready Stock

• Memastikan segala pengiriman barang terkirim dalam kondisi baik dan tepat

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/Pajak

• Brevet A, B, C menjadi nilai tambah.

• Kuat dalam analitis, problem-solving & keterampilan konseptual.

• Memiliki komitmen yang tinggi, inisiatif dan pekerja keras, bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan, detail oriented dan multitasking
