- Verify invoice and supporting document completeness.
- Follow up with relevant departments or vendors regarding incomplete documents.
- Create AP Bills that also serve as payment vouchers.
- Ensure transactions are recorded under the correct vendor and supporting information.
- Upload required payment documents to Mekari Sign.
- Monitor and follow up payment approval requests.
- Coordinate with Senior Finance regarding payment status.
- Settle AP Bills in the system based on bank records updated by Cashier.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing of AP supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate AP records and support reconciliation when required.
