Job description for Account Payable Staff at TNP Group
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable (AP) Staff to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all payment processes run accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and tax regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors, playing a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations and strong financial control.
What You’ll Do:
- Review, verify, and validate incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all payments comply with internal policies and Indonesian tax regulations (including PPh 23)
- Prepare payment schedules and prioritize based on due dates and urgency
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in Odoo based on transactions
- Execute payments through e-banking and coordinate approval processes with management
- Maintain accurate documentation for invoices, payments, and supporting documents
- Perform payment registration and assist in bank reconciliation processes
- Monitor and manage petty cash, including disbursement, documentation, and daily journal entries
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure completeness of payment data
- Support operational activities such as stock opname and company events when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (PPh 23 is a must)
- Familiar with Odoo system and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling financial data
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Responsible, organized, and proactive in managing tasks
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
- Available to join immediately or within short notice period.
