Job description for Account Payable Intern at Dekoruma
What You’ll Do:
✅ Generate and process daily invoices, review, and submit them to the Account Payable (AP) team
✅ Update payment status on a regular basis
✅ Maintain and update Purchase Order (PO) Tracker with the Procurement team
✅ Organize and archive AP-related documents and ensure proper approval documentation
What We’re Looking For:
☑️ Final-year student (no active classes) or fresh graduate in Accounting (S1)
☑️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
☑️ Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
☑️ Able to work well in a team environment
