Responsibilities:
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of payment documents and supporting data.
- Process daily and periodic payment transactions, including bank transfers and cross-currency payments.
- Prepare accounting journal entries and perform payment reconciliations.
- Monitor bank transactions, prepare bank statement reports, and provide proof of payment to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Payment Processing, Treasury, or Banking Operations.
- Familiar with payment processing, bank reconciliation, and accounting journal entries.
- Experience handling fund transfers, payment documentation, and transaction verification.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
