Job description for Account Payable & General Cashier at SPACE ONE
Requirements :
- Minimum D3/S1 Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Payable, Accounting, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
- Familiar with AP process, invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Able to handle invoice, PO, receiving, and supporting documents accurately.
- Familiar with accounting software/POS system; experience with Quinos is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and taxation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be place at PIK 2
