Job description for Account Payable Analyst at PT. Hypefast Karya Nusantara
- Organizing payment and transaction management for multiple brands
- Collaborating with the Accounts Receivable team to support accurate sales invoicing
- Executing bank submissions and managing related processes.Responsible for organizing and managing petty cash creation
- Managing cash advance processes effectively.Implementing tax deductions for transactions by proper categorization
- Streamlining cash flow by categorizing transactions to track inventory and marketing expenses.
- Recording the End of Month (EOM) summaries by compiling ending balances across all banks for HKN and HDN
- Extracting and recording bazaar revenue data from Jurnal.id for accounting team review
- Managing payroll and administrative expenses for multiple brands
- Ensuring inventory maintenance for HDN aligns with current conditions
- Preparing and organizing documents and data for audit requirements.
